As a center of academic inquiry provide the members of community, information sources and venue for creative dialogue that will support research needs, a guide in becoming productive individuals and cultivate culture of learning.

Objectives

1. Acquire and organize library materials, equipment and facilities to support instruction and research in the evolving subject areas of the curriculum.

2. Enhance the information literacy of the library patron to ensure greater access and utilization of the resources.

3. Engage in staff development activities that will enable library staff to continuously improve services in an ever-changing information environment.

4. Collaborate with the libraries and other educational institutions to strengthen resources and services available to students, faculty and staff.

5. Develop library programs that uplift the literacy and build learners reading culture in the community, and

6. To support the vision, mission, goals of the school.
